Open Restaurant Positions

We are looking for experienced line cooks to join our well established team here at Mill House Brewing Company. We are a full service, high volume restaurant spread over three floors, including two private event spaces and outdoor patios. We are seeking individuals who have experience in a high volume kitchen and must be driven, punctual, passionate, and creative.

As a line cook at Mill House Brewing Company you will be responsible for producing consistent, quality food products while following all safety and sanitation practices.


$16 - $20 an hour

Primary functions for a line cook:

● Responsible for producing consistent quality food to a high level of standard set forth by the executive chef.

● Being a team player with excellent time management skills and having a positive attitude, especially under high stress situations (Teamwork makes the dreamwork!)

● Maintains a clean and organized station and prep area, as well as following proper rotation and storage of goods.

● All food prepared must be tasted for high quality standards set forth by the executive chef. TASTING, TASTING, TASTING!

● Follows recipes and daily tasks set forth by the sous chef and executive chef.

● Maintains kitchen equipment.

● Ensuring the guest experience is always top notch and being proactive to maintain it.

● Must have proven advanced knife skills.

● Availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays is a plus. Overtime available on occasion.

● Must be punctual, have reliable transportation, great communication skills and positive attitude.

● Authorized to work in the US and must have proper documentation.

Looking for an experienced full-time Floor Manager.

Restaurant Management or Supervisory Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting Management and Ownership with daily duties.

• Primary focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.

• Daily oversight and training of front of house team (25+ team members)

• Knowledge of Resy Reservation System, 7 Shifts, and Toast POS is a plus.

• Computer savvy and can pick up new programs quickly and efficiently with ability to learn.

• Open availability but must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.

• Must be reliable, hard-working, driven, and punctual.
