At Mill House Brewing Company, we focus on three main components: Quality, Creativity, and Drinkability. We like to keep it classic while still being about to push boundaries. We’re community-minded and take a team approach to everything we do. We believe in the art and science of craft beer and push ourselves daily to learn and grow within the industry.
If there’s one thing Mill House is when it comes to our beer, it’s consistent. We’re consistently putting out award-winning beer that will taste the same each time you crack open a can. While craft beer may not change the world, it sure as hell makes it better, and we’re happy to do our part.
From a suit and tie to snapbacks and graphic tee’s, Brewmaster Jamie Bishop left his corporate job in the medical field to pursue his one true passion: BEER. And boy are we glad he did! Mill House Brewing Company opened in 2013, but Jamie was brewing in his basement long before then; he even brewed our most popular beer, Köld One, in 2012 before bringing it to production at our House. Starting off as a 7-barrel system in our brewpub, we’ve grown into a 20-barrel system with our own canning line in a 7,000sqft wholesale production facility. With this growth came the ability to expand our distribution throughout several states, with even more in the Northeast and internationally on the horizon.
Jamie has dreamt of getting our beer to as many of you as possible. With every crack of a can or pull of a tap handle, you’re actively helping in making this dream a reality. And we hope you’ll get out there and follow your dreams too.
